The rules, with live numbers
Every headpays. Here is how.
Mob is a live city full of people. The creator fees of the coin fill one pool. Gather a crowd, cash it out, and you are paid for its headcount. No wallet connect, no deposit: you play as a guest or with an account, and what you win is sent to the address you paste.

The game
01- One city for everybodyStreets, blocks and a few squares, with grey people walking about. You are a leader with a handful of followers, and you land next to the other players.
- GatherTouch a grey person with your crowd and they turn your colour and follow you. New people keep walking in from the edge of town and out of doors.
- SwallowWhen two crowds touch, people of the smaller one go over to the bigger one, a few at a time, for as long as they touch. Equal crowds push each other apart. A bigger crowd is a little slower, so a small one can run.
- OutA leader left with nobody is out and leaves with nothing: only a crowd you cash out pays. Nobody leads more than 600.
The money
02- The poolCreator fees of the coin are claimed about once a minute. 2% of every claim buys the coin and burns it; everything else goes into the pool. The pool is all there is to win, and all of it is for the players. Before the coin is live the game runs as a practice round: same numbers on paper, nothing is sent.
- The potCash-outs are paid from the pot. The rest of the pool waits in the reserve and flows into the pot at –% of itself per hour; the pot never holds more than –% of the pool. So a rush of cash-outs can empty the pot but never the pool: each one is smaller until the pot has filled up again. That is how one pool works for ten players or two hundred.
- What a crowd is worthA cash-out takes a share of the pot that depends on how many heads you have at that moment. A crowd of – or more takes –% of the pot. A smaller crowd takes less, and it falls faster than the headcount: one big crowd pays more than several small ones.
- The maxNobody takes more than –% of the pot with one cash-out, however big the crowd. That is – right now.
- Cashing outHold for 10 seconds. Your leader stands and the crowd gathers round it. While you hold, any crowd that touches yours takes people from it, also a smaller one, so pick your moment. You are paid for the heads you still have when the hold ends, 0.002 SOL or more, sent to your Solana address. Then your run is over: your crowd turns grey and walks off, and you start again with a handful.
- Guest or accountYou can play as a guest: a name and an address, nothing else. An account (a name and a password) keeps your name, your address and your record on any device.
- House leadersWhen the city is quiet, house leaders keep it busy. They play by the same rules and never cash out. Take their crowds like anybody's.
- The burn2% of every creator-fee claim is set aside. Each time 0.005 SOL has gathered, it buys MOB on the market and burns exactly the coins that buy brought in. So far 0 MOB have been burned, bought with 0 SOL; 0 SOL is waiting for the next burn. Every burn is a line in the ledger below.
